Access Bars Healing

Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on energy process designed to release mental clutter, limiting beliefs, and old emotional patterns.

You lie comfortably fully clothed while I lightly touch 32 specific points on your head, called “Bars.” These points store the electromagnetic component of thoughts, emotions, and judgments. As the Bars are activated, tension and stuck energy are released, creating space for clarity, ease, and new possibilities.

Access Bars is offered only as an individual session — allowing for a fully personal, safe, and deeply transformative experience.
